Services range from small consultations to full-home and remodel / custom house plannings.
You provide a floor plan(s) and Date of Birth of all occupants.
We transform your floor plan into a 3D visualization using architectural tools.
A summary of the 3D renderings will be provided instead of a written report.
A follow-up call, by phone or online, will be scheduled a few weeks after your consultation. 30 minutes.
On site consultations: Maximum 2 hours (see fee below) + travel / driving and accommodation.
Online consultations: During your online consultation, we’ll share 3D renderings to make things easier to understand and avoid any confusion from spoken or written explanations.
Sliding scale fee from $1.00 SF (small space / simple project) to $4.00+ SF (large complicated architecture / needs of a project)

Aging-in-Place Consultations include Feng Shui elements by default. If you’d prefer a standard Aging-in-Place consultation only, we’re happy to focus on just part of the home.
The process is the same as our feng shui Consultation. Please refer to the feng shui Consultation section on the left for details.
Rates start at $1 per square foot for simple spaces, large and complex projects starting $4 and up, based on detail and scope.

There are four topics of workshops, feng shui basics, colors, plants, and aging-in-place.
Workshops are one hour long and cost $50 per person. A minimum of five participants is needed to hold a session, so feel free to gather friends, coworkers, or anyone interested!
