Feng Shui Consultation
Services range from small consultations to full-home and remodel / custom house planning.
Consultations are mostly online unless the client covers travel and accommodation.
Online consultations start at one hour, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Full-home, remodel, or custom designs may require multiple sessions.
No recording
You provide a floor plan(s) and Date of Birth of all occupants.
We transform your floor plan into a 3D visualization using architectural tools.
During your online consultation, we’ll share 3D renderings to make things easier to understand and avoid any confusion from spoken or written explanations.
A summary of the 3D renderings will be provided instead of a written report.
A follow-up call, by phone or online, will be scheduled a couple of weeks after your consultation. 30 minutes.
Our fees range from $0.75 to $3.50+ per square foot, depending on the project. Smaller, simpler spaces start at $0.75 / SF, while more complex designs / consultations begin around $3.50 / SF and may vary with the level of detail.
Aging-In-Place Consultation
Aging-in-Place Consultations include Feng Shui elements by default. If you’d prefer a standard Aging-in-Place consultation, we’re happy to focus on just part of the home.
The process is the same as our Feng Shui Consultation. Please refer to the 'Feng Shui Consultation' section on the left for details.
Rates start at $1 per square foot for simpler spaces, with more complex projects starting around $4 and up, based on detail and scope.
For an aging-in-place consultation focused on just a few rooms, fees start at $0.50 per square foot.
Group Workshops
There are four topics of workshops, feng shui basics, colors, plants, and aging-in-place.
Workshops are one hour long and cost $50 per person. A minimum of five participants is needed to hold a session, so feel free to gather friends, coworkers, or anyone interested!
